FXX’s animated series featuring the world’s deadliest (and drunkest) spy is back for it’s 11th season with a return to form. 

Awake from his coma, Archer has a lot of catching up to do. We worked with the team at FX to craft a social media campaign that told his story of awakening and got followers excited for a season that revived all of the fan favorite spy hijinx that they know and love… and made a lot of rowdy jokes in the process. 

One of Season 11's best episodes takes place at a Kumite fight tournament to the death on an unmarked island in the pacific. In celebration of this insane premise we took inspiration from classic fighting games and reimagined the main cast of the show as badass fighting machines, complete with show inspired fighting names.

A lot changed while Archer was in his coma the past three seasons. Possibly the biggest change was the death of one of the show's most iconic phrases...

Never bound by channel or platform, we wanted to give Archer fans insight into Sterling's favorite tunes. We created Archer's playlists for every facet of spy life. Upon listening they were educated about the greatest song known to man...and apparently the only song the super spy needs for any occasion.

With Archer gone for three seasons, his favorite punching bag Cyril Figgis finally got his time to shine. The famously schlubby coward was reborn as a perfect physical specimen and super spy extraordinaire, kicking Sterling from the limelight.

With Cyril's new buff physique and combat ability on full display, it was a no-brainer showcasing his best moves from throughout the season in this Kung-Flick inspired series of videos.

Another short lived change during the coma era was the agency lush, Cheryl, getting sober...well, sober-ish. In this series of static activations we showcased episode themed "mocktails" that got increasingly potent (and...creative) as NewBetterCheryl transitioned back to OldWayBetterCheryl throughout the season.

To help transition back to a life of espionage and debauchery, Archer utilizes a custom-built tactile cane to get himself out of, and often right back into, various predicaments throughout the season. We highlighted the best Tacti-Cane moments in this episodic series of videos.

Agency mad-scientist-in-residence was the mastermind behind the Tacti-Cane, but we imagined he probably had some missteps along the way. In this weekly static activation we explore his more out there prototypes inspired by the episode, complete with the unfortunate acronyms he picked in development.
